Katherine Erlich, M.D. is a board certified pediatrican and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She completed her pediatric residency at William Beaumont Hospital in 1998 and has practiced conventional pediatrics in Oakland County for 11 years. She is on staff at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

Dr. Erlich received her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, however remains a U of M fan as she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Dr. Erlich has a passion for trying to understand why people get sick and for learning how to help children truly be well, not just how to suppress symptoms. Consequently Dr. Erlich has focused on learning ways to prevent illness and help to support our bodies’ innate ability to heal.

With regards to integrative medicine, Dr. Erlich does not claim to be an expert.  She is not a homeopath or a naturopath.  Rather, Dr. Erlich is a pediatrician who truly cares for her patients and wants the best for them. She has studied integrative medicine through attending lectures, reading multiple books, listening to tapes, reviewing journals, and learning from local holistic doctors.  Dr. Erlich is excited to continue to learn more every day.

The learners shall inherit the Earth, while the learned will be beautifully equipped to live in a world that no longer exists.
